Hi Mark Mat has a thing called “side editor” that is designed to present a single tiddler in the sidebar for editing. There is a dropdown to choose which tiddler you are editing.
You should be able to use Mat’s thing in a separate window just by navigating to the corresponding tiddler and clicking “open in new window”.
