After the encouraging remarks from Mat and Riz, I present the SWOT TOWS
plugin.
1. It allows you to conduct a Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threat
- analysis (SWOT) and
2. then reverse the result into a Strategic Options Matrix (TOWS).
3. A little additional tool then allows you to rate the innovative
quality of your strategic approaches and create an innovation portfolio.
