Hi Ollie, Mario,

May I add that the NodeJS variant of TiddlyWiki addresses those situations
quite well: when you can't do everything you want within the browser
(because you want to autosave from Safari or your data is too big, or you
want to share part of it, or you need access from across the Internet,
etc.), serving your TW data from a server instead of a file sounds like a
good option.

By the way, maintaining server-based TiddlyWikis doesn't necessarily mean
that they must live on an external host: I'm running quite a few (too much)
NodeJS TiddlyWiki on my local laptop, and some on my oldish Android phone.

Cheers,
X.
