Hi,
this gives a list of all tags and a count of each.
<$list filter="[tags[]!is[system]sort[title]]">
<$transclude tiddler="$:/core/ui/TagTemplate"/> <small
class="tc-menu-list-count"><$count
filter="[all[current]tagging[]]"/></small>
</$list>
I don't know if there's anything here you can adapt.
