Try this on tiddlywiki.com <http://tiddlywiki.com/> in the “Filter” tab of 
advanced search:

[[TableOfContents]] [[TableOfContents]tagging[]] 
[[TableOfContents]tagging[]tagging[]] 

The result is the tiddlers comprising the first three levels of the TOC. To 
include another levels, just add the another term to the end:

[[TableOfContents]] [[TableOfContents]tagging[]] 
[[TableOfContents]tagging[]tagging[]] 
[[TableOfContents]tagging[]tagging[]tagging[]]
