It got taken offline. I can't find any downloads available for the .zip file, but if you go way, way back to the original archived version of it on archive.org, saving the page as an .html file seems to give you a working copy: https://web.archive.org/web/20090517031257/http://mediawikiunplugged.com/ -- The newer versions won't give you a working copy. It seems like the newer copies of the page are simply .html place-holders (~10KB in size), while the older version seems to consist of the wiki software itself (~600KB+).
I'm not sure that you'd *want* to use this, because it's not very functional. I tried using the <<version>> macro to check what the version was, and it didn't even work. There's also an obviously broken image on the top right-hand corner of the wiki after downloading it to my computer. I mean, that could conceivably be fixed, but you get what I'm saying, here. It's not really workable.
