Hej fellow Swede!

This is really a question about Windows 10, not TW, so you should perhaps 
ask on some Windows forum.
That said, when you reset Windows 10 you are (if I recall correctly) given 
the option to keep your files or to really make a full reset (i.e delete 
everything). If you chose to keep your files, then your files are where 
they were before including your TW file. I don't think the Downloads folder 
is immediately under C: though, so you may wish to search around on your 
drive. If you cleaned out everything... then it is lost.
