At the moment, there is no action widget for opening an external url that we could use inside an appropriate button to which we could bind further actions. In other words, we would need (to extend) some widget first, so that it caters for opening external references, e.g. ActionNavigateWidget <http://tiddlywiki.com/#ActionNavigateWidget> or WidgetMessage: tm-navigate <http://tiddlywiki.com/#WidgetMessage%3A%20tm-navigate>.
