Hi Horia, there are many javascript libraries that have be used successfully with tiddlywiki. There is a google analytics plugin here:
https://github.com/Jermolene/TiddlyWiki5/blob/master/plugins/tiddlywiki/googleanalytics/googleanalytics.js Javascript libraries often give an example or instructions of how to include them into a web page, from that description we maybe able to say how to include the lib in tiddlywiki. In short you need to say which lib you are trying to include.
