thanks for this clarification...it is the editmode Tiddler Toolbar I
would like to push up by 20px in the sticky view.

tiddler toolbar, i.e garbage-cancel-save? Or do you perhaps mean the
string of the various editor buttons (bold-italic-etc)?
I'm pretty sure I have some quick css-fix for this.
