If you make an ifttt thing to push data into google sheets you can access that directly from tiddlywiki to make tiddlers.
I did make a widget that lets you import directly from google sheets as part of some tools for twederation. The twederation version is here https://github.com/inmysocks/TW5-TWederation/blob/master/TWederation-listing/javascript/action-getdata.js I may have made a more generic version of it but I am at work right now and I am not sure where I put the code for it.
