Many ways.

Most direct is probably to use so called definition lists 
<http://tiddlywiki.com/#Definitions%20in%20WikiText> - basically just write 
a ":" before the line.

Other options include writing multiple &nbsp; to get a no-break-space 
character.

You could probably also insert a  <div style="width:3em;"></div> ...or with 
a margin-left:3em; 

etc etc
