I'm asking because nginx has the ability to communicate through ICP sockets (*.sock) files, and since I'm already using a reverse proxy to get to my tiddlywiki servers, I figure using sockets will be faster <http://stackoverflow.com/questions/14973942/performance-tcp-loopback-connection-vs-unix-domain-socket> .
