Hi sa-w w Before checking the permissions, my first move would be to check whether the config on your wiki actually matches the setup on your filesystem. Could you show us a screenshot of the "Tiddlyspot Server" tab under the Saving Tab in the Control Panel ? and then the result of "ls -lR" command in the directory that contains store.php?
