Just NORMAL backup will do.

Truth is most people don't do it. Even though its utterly easy.

I run a simple background backup that saves changed files every 30 minutes.

What IS the problem to doing that?

Why do we make a saga out of something ALREADY FULLY SOLVED for, like, 
decades?
