Thanks for pointing these out Alex. I didn't realize so many new possibilities were opening up with this feature. I completely agree with your point on the ability to change the name of the tag tiddler. I run into this problem all the time. I start collecting and grouping things, only later changing how I want to classify them. Up until now I relied heavily on the RenameTags tiddler that was previously posted in the community.
