Yes, I found that with dots at the end I was able to get out of that. I should say I am really really enjoying this plugin for the use case I mentioned before of notetaking on my reading, and wrapping with topics in order to create a minidatabase of topics with quotes from multiple sources. I even created an editortoolbar button with the @ symbol to wrap with @[[]] and ()/@ with the () for inserting page #s.
