Thanks, Mario. I've tried the same and can confirm you're right, it works as it should on a vanilla TW. However, I still experience the same problem in my tiddlywiki even with every other plugin disabled. Any hints on how to find the offending tiddler that is causing the markdown plugin to malfunction?
