Some formatting differences in how the various browsers deal with CSS. Possibly some issues related to how the browsers interpret javascript. Although I haven't run into any myself.
Safari on my iPad insists on jumping to the bottom of the edit window if I use arrow keys (I have a bluetooth keyboard for my iPad). This is annoying when editing long tiddlers. I'm pretty sure it's browser related. All the debates about TiddlyFox and TiddlyChrome and how to easily save locally are tied to the browser but the real culprit is the fact that you can't trust code that comes to you over the internet (think malicious ads and drive-by downloads) that have forced the browsers to lock-down access to the local filesystem. That's sort-of 3.
