From the plugin tiddlers open $:/plugin/bj/visualeditor/includelib an insert the library:https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/ckeditor/4.6.2/ckeditor.js
When you want to use it you have to change the tiddlers type to text/x-htmlp. When the plugin is installed, you will find it in the selectbox.
