Many tiddlers are actually tagged Concepts and Reference. ... which by the way causes a big problem, with a "tree-auto-select" macro I'm working on atm. Especially, since Concepts is also tagged Reference and elements under Concepts are tagged Reference too. .... you see the recursion? For me this is a bug, that has crept in, since TWs doc grew organically. So I was thinking already, if should try to fix this, since it can be also confusing for the reader, if several terms come up several times (>2) in the TOC tree.
