Ciao David Cardo looks very much like an app that could work well with Noteself <https://noteself.github.io/> -- which gets closer to proper multi-user support via a syncing remote database (whilst retaining total local TW existence offline too). Its looks very promising.
Have you looked at it? More recently the explicit multi-user configuration <https://noteself.github.io/cloudant-configurator/> has gone into testing.
