Over on github, there are downloadable releases in zip format. If someone 
was desperate for a really old version, maybe they could compile a matching 
version with node.js.

I checked my hard drive, and have a 513 version practically unused (think I 
made one tiddler). I've sent it to you privately so as not to clutter the 
forum.
