Now don't all take your votes off at once :) The needed question count jumped from 4 to seven. On my screen it appears that the first page of questions should be enough, when sorted by votes (the tabs at the top of the list). So refresh often as you change your votes. The top voted question now has 13 votes instead of 12. I actually think we are close enough that we can get this first phase :)
