Hello Stephen, the plugin is ready to merge. A PR is waiting for review <https://github.com/Jermolene/TiddlyWiki5/pull/2722> since it brings not only single tiddler tracking but also do not track compatibility and user alert (in order to have a law compliant tiddlywiki for countries asking this).
