I have been asked from time to time abroad and locally, how would a person that used TW but more than a mere user being called upon? Is there a structure of coding levels in open source user group or particularly in TiddlyWiki world? Who are supposed to be called as developers, trainers, or perhaps core developers?
Of course there is only one or a few people which has the privilege of core licensing.
