Hi Lost Admin, I did not use Noteself myself so the answer will be general. All buttons in the Page toolbar are tagged with $:/tags/PageControls So search voor $:/tags/PageControls in Advanced search and find the "cloud" button tiddler Add the tag $:/tags/TopLeftBar to that tiddler and the button will show up in the top toolbar as well.
