What browser, platform and version are you using?

There's been quite a bit of discussion about this lately.

If you've gone past Firefox 52, and don't like the default save mechanism, 
then currently the options seem to be

Firefox ESR*
Firefox Nightly Unbranded*
Pale moon browser (haven't tested lately)
TiddlyServer
Node.js server **
NoteSelf

Hopefully I have captured all the options.
