Ciao Danielo In my case, after making a FREE account, after 30 days they ask you to give a Credit Card Number to re-activate the account. That does NOT mean you have to pay anything. You only pay IF your traffic reaches levels that I doubt any normal TW user ever would generate.
The switch to Bluemix only IS a bit confusing, but its NOT a conspiracy to rip you off, nor is it one to dump you.
