+1 for a maintained and modern web clipping tool. I haven't gotten a chance to properly check out the state of TiddlyClip, but I desperately need something to fill this gap if TiddlyWiki is going to fill the place in my personal workflow that I want it to. I'd be willing to help out some on the dev side of things if someone is taking responsibility for the project.
