I looked at it. Its a well thought through schema. So an objective needs to be to HOW to support it. Adding (Screeve) regex to it to help the layout is currently dangerous. Unfortunately its NOT really workable as (under the surface) it creates havoc in the text/vnd.tiddlywiki content type. Whether it could be a global macro or a Tiddler local one the same destructive issue arises. Its not a real solution. The alternate Fountain plugin Mark S. is trying to help us with I don't think could easily work with what you need either. BUT I will comment on that in more detail later.
