Mark, As far as I can see the link you provided does not provide templated text to each new tiddler. I am still not clear on the best way to make new tiddler/journal templates to provide a good answer to Fred.
Personally I wold create a whole new new tiddler button using <<now>> to title it and a template text to populate its contents. Of course the work around is to create a template tiddler and simply clone it when a new one is needed.
