No, in case you upgrade, the core - and all *installed* core plugins/themes - are upgraded. The *Tight* and *Tight & Heavier* themes were *not* in your TW before you upgraded. But you can add them manually. Note: The Tight theme was introduced with v5.1.10 and the Tight & heavier theme was introduced with v5.1.14.
