I've dreamed about this before. There was an auto tag pill plugin somewhere on here. For my use case I'd like something that linked the first use of a word if it was already a tiddler title.... Of course this is complicated by the fact that my titles have first letter capitalised but the first instance of that in any given tiddler won't have that.. And.. Didn't Mario have a caps agnostic plugin :)...
