Just fixed the broken link. Apparently I selected the tiddler about 30mins after posting the link. Most odd.
If you install Mathcell http://mathcell.tiddlyspot.com/ then drag the two tiddlers mentioned in the link atinto the bottom into your Wiki then all you would need to do would be transclude {{Latex Display}} into whatever tiddler you wanted a live preview.
