Yup, I would not believe it but for precidents elsewhere. EMC the storage manufacturer once delivered twice the storage we ordered and paid for but only gave us access to what we paid for. They called it preprovising, because they new we would eventually pay and the second order would be delivered with a software update. I expect it could be a substandard screen, or they may have decided it was easier to manage one screen standard.
