I don't think it's possible to carry out a more complex search in the 
standard search box.  You could use the advanced search 
<https://tiddlywiki.com/#Searching%20in%20TiddlyWiki> and build a suitable 
filter 
expression <https://tiddlywiki.com/#Filters>.

For example: "[search[apples]!search[oranges]]"
