There is no "sort from position N" filter. Perhaps you could make a Pull Request for one.
It's possible that someone has made a 3rd party tool for this. Use separate fields for the parts of the title and your problems will disappear. You can't watch TV on your 2018 multi-cooker, nor send a message to the ISS via paper airplane.
