Right now NoteSelf <http://noteself.github.io> seems to have all the features I want, but I don't see any activity in the github repository in the last six months. I'm a little hesitant to start using something that isn't actively maintained.
I'm looking for a way to share a wiki with someone, so we can both edit it online or offline and have our personal copies synchronize with a copy hosted somewhere, with each tiddler having a revision history (as in NoteSelf, MediaWiki, Google Docs, or a version control system).
