For what it's worth, I've published an updated version of my suggested solution here: http://stefct-resources.tiddlyspot.com/#ToggleAdmin:ToggleAdmin%20%24%3A%2Ftools%2FToggleAdmin Otherwise I second Mark's suggestion. For multi-user wikis with versioning and access control, other platforms might be more appropriate (PmWiki is another alternative which is easier to set up and maintain than MediaWiki).
