You could try a filter in the "Advanced Search/Filter" tab, e.g.: [search[Jack]!type[image/jpeg]] This will find all tiddlers containing "Jack" in https://tiddlywiki.com/, except the tiddler "Motovun Jack.jpg" (because it's type is "image/jpeg").
