thanks Evan, I've only seen that and thought I'll mention it, maybe it helps I'm also trying the regexreplace function but can't get it to work as I want, the first operand gets accepted if written in quotes but then the input has also to be wrapped in quotes to be replaced: like: input: (= Hello, "Hello", "Goodbye" =) --> nothing ... but: (= "Hello", "Hello", "Goodbye" =) --> Goodbye I guess I'm doing something wrong because I totally don't get regex or there's a small glitch somewhere good weekend, Simon -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWiki" group.
