Something like this could help, if you transcluded in {{brackets}}:
Make a tiddler titled "TransclusionList" with this in it:
<$list filter="""[regexp:text[{{]sort[]] -[[TransclusionList]] -[is[system]]

<<extract start:"{{" end:"}}" limit:"no" prefix:"<li>" suffix:"</li>"
