Even the free version of Font Awesome 5.0.x seems to rapidly increment it patch version, being at 5.0.8 at the, erm, *moment*. Alas, get my updated plugin here: https://github.com/TheDiveO/TW5FontAwesome/releases/latest
The demo wiki has not only received a font update, but it now sports a cheat sheet (very convenient for offline usage).
