I'm just adding something I forgot:

A tw macro , widget and filter library could be created, so that there a
basic blocks that represent the standard tw widgets, macros, filters (this
should also reduce traffic on tiddlywiki.com)
And a library where commonly used things are already there and own stuff
can be added

That'd be very cool
