Hi Thomas and Simon, now it works :-)
I had a look on my site on my tablet with chrome and there the favicon was working. Then I opened it on my desktop-browser- it worked too :-) After 2 days several times rebooting the browser and rebooting the computer. Maybe, the browser needed time to think about that favicon, if he thinks, it is good ;-))) I don't need to understand that behaviour.... ;-) Thanks nevertheless!
