I'm running 5.1.16 now.

On the NPM site (https://www.npmjs.com/package/tiddlywiki) I found a lot of 
documentation. 

The upgrade with "npm update -g tiddlywiki" (execute in /usr/bin) went well 
and "tiddlywiki --version" reported 5.1.16 but the site stilll said 5.1.15. 
But I forgot to restart the services.
