Mohammad, Perhaps I am mistaken, but if the are in the list of open tiddlers they are all open, and the "current tiddler" is not one of them, but each of them.
Current tiddler is more a reference to the title in each tiddler when they are displayed. The Only way I could imagine is to have a single tiddler open at a time then the story will be only that "current" tiddler. Perhaps you want a list of tiddlers, that on clicking they are opened, one at a time with the last being closed. And some detection to highlight the currently displayed one? Maybe you should look for slideshow and presentation editions or plugins.
