Try this one I tested it (not on second pc yet but cofident) Install portable apps on your USB Add chrome portable (chrome portable only would probably work too didnt test it) Set your chrome download folder on that same USB Follow these instructions for the chrome plugin https://github.com/buggyj/savetiddlers remember the folder (tiddlywikilocations) goes in the new download location
