Post script, Tiddlywiki will be everywhere including multi user however I plan to do this through other mature website and microblogging platforms. This is because tiddlywiki is not yet as scalable nore does it have a rich security and user model.
I hope in time we may replace these other platforms with tiddlywiki, this approach may even drive development of tiddlywiki.
